4. Course Registration and Payment

CypNet Academy offers various network engineering courses and training programs. The following terms apply to course registration and payment:

Course Fees

The fees for our courses are listed on our website and are subject to change. All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with such changes taking effect for future enrollments.

Payment

Payment for courses must be made in advance through our secure payment system. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

Installment Plans

For certain courses, we may offer installment payment plans. When you opt for an installment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments as outlined at the time of enrollment. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and services until payment is received.

Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 14 days of enrollment and after accessing course materials but before completing 25% of the course
• No refund for cancellations made after 14 days of enrollment or after completing more than 25% of the course

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 10-15 business days.

Course Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule or transfer to a different course session up to 14 days before the course start date without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee. Rescheduling is subject to course availability.

5. Intellectual Property

CypNet Academy and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Cyprus and foreign countries.

Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the property of CypNet Academy or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the course materials
• Modify or create derivative works based on the course materials
• Use the course materials for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the course materials
• Transfer the course materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server

Trademarks

The CypNet Academy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CypNet Academy or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of CypNet Academy.

User Content

Any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content") remains your property. By providing User Content to the Services, you grant CypNet Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that User Content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant these rights to us and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify CypNet Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Services from a shared computer
• Not share your account with any third party

Account Termination

CypNet Academy reserves the right to disable or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or CypNet Academy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party right
• Engaging in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct
• Using the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with other users' use of the Services
• Attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempting to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access
• Developing or using any third-party applications that interact with the Services without our prior written consent
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engaging in, encouraging, or promoting any activity that violates these Terms
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reverse engineering any portion of the Services
• Using the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the Services and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CYPNET ACADEMY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CYPNET ACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH DOWNLOAD.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYPNET ACADEMY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CYPNET ACADEMY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CYPNET ACADEMY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CYPNET ACADEMY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF CYPNET ACADEMY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CypNet Academy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

CypNet Academy reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

11. Termination

CypNet Academy may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The following provisions of the Terms survive any termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cyprus, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, you nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification).

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to become aware of any changes.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CypNet Academy regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the Services.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and your or our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
